| discussion |
The small, light brown (with a yellowish rather than grayish component), nonvirgate pileus, small annulus, and universal veil at first pale yellow then fading to cream are distinctive and separate this species from small specimens of A. submaculata and the virgate-capped A. sp-10 and A. sp-54.
