cap The cap is about 30 mm wide, "grayish," and viscid when wet.  The cap's margin is striate (up to 35% of radius).
stem The stem is about 80 × 3 - 5 mm, white, and decorated with small grayish white fibrils.  The volva at the stem's base is sack-like, white, and sheathing.
spores The spores of this species measure (8.3-) 8.5 - 10.6 (-11.0) × (6.4-) 6.6 - 8.4 (-8.7) µm and are broadly ellipsoid to ellipsoid and inamyloid.  Clamps are not to be found at bases of basidia.
